Were You Impacted by the Storm?

A Local Assistance Center will be open this week at the Spring Valley Branch of the San Diego County Library, 836 Kempton St., Spring Valley, CA 91977. The center will provide resources for anyone impacted by the storm throughout San Diego County. Open hours will be Monday, Jan. 29, to Wednesday, Jan. 31, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Information will be available on debris and household waste removal, erosion control, rebuilding permits and replacement of vital records, and more.


In response to a record amount of rainfall and flooding on Monday, Jan. 22, Mayor Todd Gloria has declared a local emergency.


To report flooding, contact the City's dispatch center at 619-527-7500. For life-threatening emergencies call 9-1-1. The information on this webpage is subject to change.


City of San Diego Residents and Businesses who were affected by the flooding during the January 22nd Storm can report damages by filling out the survey. Report Damages by filling out the County of San Diego's Online Survey:
